Revite has two office locations! One being in the great city of Louisville Kentucky, and the other in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Does this mean we only buy and have bought houses in those two markets? Of course not!

Louisville, KY
Revite specializes in buying houses throughout Louisville, and it has been one of our strongest and best-performing markets for single-family homes. We purchase properties in all counties in and around Louisville, including Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, Spencer, Shelby, Henry, Trimble, and Hardin counties. Our experience and track record in these areas speak for themselves, as we have successfully bought properties in every one of these counties, helping property-owners sell quickly and hassle-free.
Minneapolis, MN
Revite is actively seeking land, single family, multi family and commercial properties in Minneapolis! it has quickly become one of our best-performing and favorite markets. While it's one of our newest markets, we’ve already seen incredible success and are looking to expand like crazy throughout Minnesota in the coming years. We purchase properties in all counties in and around Minneapolis, including Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Washington, Dakota, Scott, Carver, and Wright counties. Our goal is to help property owners sell quickly and easily while growing our presence in the Twin Cities and beyond.
St. Paul, MN
Revite buys houses throughout St. Paul, MN as well! This market is especially important to us because it’s where our in-person office is located—right in downtown St. Paul! As one of our newest markets, along with Minneapolis, the two cities pair amazingly together, giving us plenty of room to scale and expand across the Twin Cities and beyond. We purchase properties in all counties in and around St. Paul, including Ramsey, Hennepin, Washington, Dakota, Anoka, Scott, and Carver counties. Detroit, MI
Revite occasionally buys houses in Detroit, where we’ve successfully flipped a few properties and helped investors sell large portfolios to other investors. While we don’t actively market in Detroit, it’s a market where we have strong connections, and deals naturally flow to us through our network. Our experience in the area allows us to navigate transactions efficiently, whether it’s a single-family flip or a larger investment portfolio. While Detroit isn’t a primary focus for us, we’re always open to opportunities that align with our expertise and investment strategy.
Los Angeles, CA
Revite has bought houses in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, actively marketing to sellers in this market for a few months. Unfortunately, the wildfires brought our California pursuit to an early end, but not before we got some solid business under our belt in the great state of California. While our time actively marketing there was shorter than planned, we still had the opportunity to work with sellers, navigate deals, and gain valuable experience in the LA market. Though we’re no longer focusing on California, that does not mean we will not invest. If you have a house in California, send it our way!
El Paso, TX
Revite buys property in El Paso and the surrounding areas, with a strong focus on land as the city continues to grow and expand. We’ve dedicated a lot of attention to acquiring and selling land in this market, capitalizing on the demand for development opportunities. While most of our business in El Paso has been centered around land deals, we’re not opposed to taking on select residential projects when the right opportunities arise. With the city's ongoing growth, we see El Paso as a valuable market where we can continue to make an impact through strategic property acquisitions.
Syracuse, NY
Revite buys both single-family and multifamily properties in Syracuse, NY, as well as the surrounding areas. We actively targeted this market because Austin and Jamie, the owners of Revite, lived in Upstate New York for a few years, allowing them to build strong connections that make navigating this market seamless without requiring too much time or effort. We purchase properties in all counties in and around Syracuse, including Onondaga, Oswego, Madison, Cayuga, Cortland, and Oneida counties. Additionally, we have bought properties in Watertown, NY, and the surrounding areas north of Syracuse. With our deep local ties and extensive experience in the region, we continue to find great opportunities and successfully close deals throughout Central and Northern New York.
Indianapolis, IN
Revite buys a variety of properties in Indianapolis, and it has been one of our best-performing markets for commercial real estate deals. We purchase properties in all counties in and around Indianapolis, including Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Boone, Hancock, Shelby, and Morgan counties.
