Our Mission:

Foreclosures, liens, probate situations, or any form of property distress can ruin families, communities, and can create a blight on entire neighborhoods. At Revite we’ve found many ways to avoid this all together. By partnering with international community investors, many times stressful situations can be avoided altogether. Offering a chance for a fresh start to the original homeowner, and creative investments for investors.

In 2023 lenders started the foreclosure process on 270,000 U.S. properties. That’s an increase of 193% when compared to 2021. According to ATTOM, a real estate data curator, who released a report recently on vacant and zombie properties. There are currently 1.3 million residential properties vacant in the United States.

At Revite, we not only help distressed property owners but have also found ways to compete with on market pricing.  From starting with distressed and discounted properties, Revite has found various creative strategies allowing them to serve anyone needing to sell a property!

At Revite we believe that communities can be saved through creative investment and strategic connections; ending the blight before it begins and saving good people from the nightmares that owning property can bring. Our work ethic is soley ran off of purpose. We are here to help those who need it, and in this case that means buying more property!
